Boy, I'm late to the party. I just started the Truck ad Sunday. There will be a LC ad to follow. I'll probably post the first LC ebay ad from Cruise Moab. I'm disappointed in the Truck/4Runner ad, it will be better next time. We've had 9 sales in about 3 weeks of doing it and 5 have been new members. It costs $1.20 to list the ad for a week. There is not any print media that we can advertise in for that cheap. And there might not be a bigger captive audience. The idea stemmed from some parts I put up for sale on Ebay. I had several folks inquire about some specific parts. Parts I knew that were on Ih8mud.com I directed them to the FS ad and they were pretty excited to find all the LC info. I figured that if they didn't know about Mud they didn't probably know about TLCA either. Hence, the idea for the ads.
There are some other little tricks the marketing committee is working on. If you have a question or a really good idea don't hesitate to email me. Eric V. __________________ Eric V. Eric, that's a neat idea: thanks for doing it. I can't really think of a better $60 a year to spend on advertisiing TLCA...
