You can always e-mail the admin and she will get right back to you. Jackie is a good person and hard worker. TLCA Administrator <tlcadmin@rapidnet.com> She could at least re-assure you that she got your app and let you know when your member card will be coming. It's only been a few weeks, I'm sure its coming.
