Final Issue flier mix up

Just an FYI, our publisher mixed up our lists and not all expiring members received either their Renewal Envelope or their Final issue flier.

I believe this has attributed to our totals being a bit lower which will be posted in Trails.

We have an action plan to notify said members with the help of the publisher and I will be suggesting some changes for next years renewal strategy.

if you or anyone you know was set for their membership to expire in S/O, N/D or even J/F, please confirm your status by checking your membership card, mailing label on Trails, or even dropping Jacki a note to confirm.

Carry on...

Tony

Tony,

I didn't get a notice and stopped getting TT before the last issue which I *really* wanted to see because there was an article by one of our club members. The membership card is buried somewhere but I can find my member number fairly easily. Who is Jacki and how do we contact him/her?

Excellent question Beowulf...

Jacki Miller is our Administrator. She handles many facets of TLCA and focuses on assisting our members maintain their memberships.

You can reach her by e-mail at Membership@tlca.org

and on the phone at 605-388-TLCA (8522).

It is convenient to have your TLCA number ready but not a requirement.

if you have missed an issue, TLCA will ship those immediately upon receiving your renewal in an effort to keep you and your trails complete.

Thanks for asking and we apologize for the inconvenience.
