what to do with a processed Online merchandise order that hasn't arrived

My fiance thought she would surprise me with some cool TLCA stuff for my birthday.... that was on the 21st. She placed the order on Dec 14th, the card was charged on the 17th and she got no confirmation and nothing has arrived yet and it's the 30th
Not trying to hassle, just wondering if the time lag is typical since this isn't anyone's full-time job. After nothing arrived, she finally told me what the gift actually was, I admit, it would've been cool to open this stuff especially since I had no idea what it was, but I told her that it takes a while for us to get the TLCA gear..... what's the next step in information needed?
Someone Please Advise.

Thanks!
Eric

Her ID on here is MetalSpice. I'd imagine she'd be back in the office the 2nd or 3rd.

I forwarded your email to our shipper for a response. I should have something from him in the morning.

Thanks for this!

Funny, they were all there yesterday when they supposedly tried to re-deliver at 3:59PM... no notice left. Clinic closed at 6PM

I'll go pick it up!

Thanks Again!
