Starting a chapter....

Where would one go to look into starting a chapter in an area that does not already have one? What are the requirements?

Sorry for the question, but I have no idea where to look for the answer.

also, I strongly recommend contacting a few chapters and asking them about how they run their club. You will get lots of ideas and can then decide what works best for your club.

Your Individual Rep is your primary contact...
