The background: Former TLCA Secratary, Kowboy, was nearly famous for encouraging "PAR-TIC-I-PA-TION" among TLCA's membership. His resignation letter from the position a few months ago ended with the phrase "See y'all in camp". I guess this shirt is as much a tribute to Kowboy as anything. If does lead one to question tho.....
