I just joined and paid my $30 to the TLCA, but wasn't given a membership number? Does this come later?

When did you join? It usually takes a week or so.

you will get your # and a couple of stickers and a dash plaque in the mail. Mine took about 2 weeks, I was waiting for a conformation email or something and it just showed up one day.
