We are back..... sort of!

I wanted to post this up here first as most of us know each other and are friends, at least I hope so!

The past 2 years have been horrible. Some of you know the details but they really are not all that important. The bottom line is that I was in a situation where I could not fulfill my responsibilities as a business owner as a cruiser guy. I let some people down and for that I am sorry.

I ended up owing money to TLCA as well as a few vendors. I owed work and, at times, money to a few different customers. TLCA is now current and the one outstanding vendor will be caught up with by the 1st of the year. All customers from this time period are either finished or are in the process of being finished.

There are some monies owed to individuals for a few different transactions that we either did not follow through on or were lost in the shuffle of my life. The only one I have contact info on and information on is Junk and I am addressing that issue through Woody and it will be taken care of by the first of the year. If anyone knows of any issue or claim please let me know and it will be addressed as fully as possible.

The past year has been tough but the business is stronger than ever and we are busier than I would have ever thought possible. The personal issues are over and I have been able to dedicate my time to restoring the business and my reputation. Many lessons were learned not the least of which was that my ex wife had a better attorney than I did!

We have a new business plan in place and I will soon be bringing in a full time partner to help manage the business. The basic goal will remain full cruiser maintenance and some resto work but we plan to move into more full restos as well as marketing some products.

We have been in touch with both Chris and Todd and plan to have a new ad in TT for the March/April edition. I have been in touch with Woody and we will have banner ads back on Mud about the same time.

The help and support that I have received form many of you made a tremendous difference; it is appreciated. It is impossible to undo event in the past. Moving forward, I hope that our quality of work and pride in our product will dim those memories.
