if you do this, and if you come in france one day,we, member of TLC SERIE-4 FRANCE and TLCA , will offer to you a ride in landcruiser BJ 43 on the champs élysée in paris !!!! and after..in the mud

Re:

Russell here with Portal-Tek. This issue has gotten way out of hand. Just to give a quick clear up of what happened. Rob is a partner in Portal-Tek. He built and sold a couple of bumpers on eBay as an individual. They had zero to do with the company and business, and was independent of either Scott or myself. Due to some personal issues, Rob was unable to complete the transaction. This is a huge issue for the rest of us, as it reflects us as a company and individuals.
I have spoken with Rob about all this, and will be doing what I can to fix this situation. I will be contacting the indvidiual tonight to make arrangements of payment in full to him.
I apologize for all this to come up like this. Those of you that know both Scott and I, we are more then upfront and honest guys working our business.
We will do whatever to make this right, and deal with Rob personally.
Call me if you have any questions.

Russ

Thanks for the good words Dave.
I have emailed Remi from France today and am making payment arrangements with him to clear all of this up, and clear our name from this whole deal. Just wanted everyone to know that this was a personal deal gone bad between Rob and the buyer. This in no way reflects how we do business and how we want things portrayed about Portal-Tek.
The personal issues with Rob will be dealt with, and we will make sure that Remi is satisified with the transaction and this is all cleared up.
I apologize that things got this far on this deal and that the company got dragged into it.
I will make it right. If anyone has any questions regarding this situation or anything else regarding Portal-Tek, please do not hesitate to give me a call or email.

Thanks again for everyone's support and help with all this.

Russell Smock

Russ is currently doing everything he can to get payment sent back. These things take time! This is an instance where Russ and Portal Tek had nothing to do with the sale or the product being sold, but Russ and Portal Tek are still doing everything we can to right the wrong. Please be patient, you WILL be refunded.

Thanks

Update

I am in the process of transfering all the money to Remi. I have all the funds here, and am just waiting to get all the bank information from him to do the bank transfer. Just waiting on some info from him for a US conncecting bank to get it all finished. I will post here when everything is complete and have made sure that Remi is satisified with the transaction.

Thanks again for all the help and input on this. I can guarantee something like this will not happen again.

Russell
