Waggoner and Radd... you guys rock!
We all get hung up on issues sometimes. I can sympathize with Jason because he's caught up in the injustice he feels toward UPS. Certainly, as cruiserheads, we should understand he's right and support him. Well... we do support him. I deal with some really hairy issues at work and at home. I wish all my cruiserhead friends could make the problems go away. But, my problems are just that. Mine. Jason, you got friends down here trying to help you out. We can't do ditilly about UPS. We're trying to keep TLCA's costs down and service as good as we can. I know the outside company handling merchandise is working to find a better way to send stuff to Canada. All I can say is, keep hanging with us. And, please understand we want you with us, not PO'd. Hope that helps. Happy Trails! I believe this is my favorite thread of all time.
  Ya'll just can't even imagine how hard it's been for me NOT to present my solution to this gentleman's dilemma.  Even my therapists are proud of me.

Just for UPS clarification purposes. I bought a dryer cord for mymy dryer for .030 from a manufacturer in Ontario. Shipping with UPS directly was $34. This is NOT shipping and handling etc. This is true shipping charges.
