I was browsing through the trail rides and saw your remark about charging both batteries. I had the same problem on my boat (the old dial switch batt1 or batt2 or both). I found a great solution, it is called a Hellroaring switch. Works slick as hell. It is installed in my Cruiser and I bought a second one for the boat. Check it out http://www.hellroaring.com/

What I "got" was a isolator conversion for my existing unit....just gotta hook it up and my charge problems outta be solved.
