Wolf Creek RC Off Road Park - Lots of Toyotas (1 Viewer)

I've been more active on ih8mud now that I'm on the verge of getting my '72 FJ40 running and I saw the RC section. This all started about 8 years ago when I saw the Tamiya CR01 kit with the FJ40 body. I had to have it and well.... things got a bit out of control.

Anyways, this is my front yard & Some of the Toyotas below are mine and some are ones that friends have brought over. The most notable are two scratchbuilt trucks; 1st gen 4Runner & '71 FJ55, both were hand crafted by a friend of mine. The 55 has a full interior, dash gauge lighting & functional seat belts.

And a couple of videos at the bottom. FJ55 is in the second one.

Thanks, by the way, that is the 80 series lexan body you were considering is in the third pic on the far left. I have it on a CR01 chassis. Lexan doesn't compare with ABS for a detailed scale body but for $20, that's a nice body although it is a bit small. I see you also found Rich's scratch built FJ55... that thing is a work of art. He built it all by eye from flat stock sheets of styrene. Below is a link to the build:

Here is an idea, make a video where an oil tanker is trying to refill the shell station, but gets stuck and a cruiser has to pull it out.
