Hi all,
I'm slowly picking through a rebuild (link to thread in my sig) and I need help reattaching wires to the gauges.
I'm guessing that the gauges are sensitive it to the direction of current. If this is true, I would very much appreciate any help figuring out the sequence.
Let's number the wiring poles 1-8 from left to right. 1-2 are ammeter. 3-4 are fuel gauge. 5-6 are temp. 7-8 are oil pressure.
I have the following wires: temp gauge to SU (YG), fuel gauge to SU (YR), oil gauge to SU (YB), common power source for gauges (Y), and the ammeter wires (White and WL).
The ammeter poles are labeled + and -, so 1-2 are already solved. How about the rest?
Thanks for any help!
