my winch cable got rolled up really bad in my winch. It got so bad the only way I can get the cable out is by attaching it to something and backing up. Once the cable is out it is really twisted and bent up. Can it be fixed or is it time for a new cable?
I would like a synthetic rope but I am hoping the cable can be straighten out in the mid time.
