I experienced driveline vibrations after the OME install, but after replacing my front and rear U joints they were all gone. I'm not sure if the people experiencing these vibrations have tried U joint replacements as well but that would be my suggestion. I absolutely love my lift. It makes all of the difference in regards to not dragging my undercarriage and increased approach and departure angles. But I hear you, don't build it to needs that aren't your own. I have to remind myself of that everytime the urge to splurge on 35's and some fender trimming arises.
