What model cruiser is this and why the heck can't I go to my local Toyota dealer and order one!

Just got back from San Jose Costa Rica and saw a handful of these over the 2 days I was there.

Yeah, and there's a bunch of changes to the '17 model to make it better on the tarmac. Taller first gear, taller 5th, taller diff ratios, two-seats only to make it ANCAP6 or some s***. Reckon it'd do nice for a 45 body swap
