Yesterday morning the family and I went up to Dewey and checked out the corn festival. Kids had a blast.

As for the 80: got it back from CBT where they did it right again getting the front end all tightened up. All control arm bushings, TRE, bearings. Thanks as always Eric, and of course Robert.

So pretty and clean.

Finni

The hit list included:
Oil Pump Cover O-Ring/Seal - 15188-66020
Oil Pump Cover screws (x7) - 15183-66020
Front Main Crank Seal - 90311-52022
Water Pump w/ gasket- Aisin WPT-023
Fan Clutch - Aisin FCT-004
Thermostat - 90916-03117
Thermostat Seal - 16346-66020
Radiator - 16400-66040
Transmission Cooler Lines (x3)
Belts - Gates 7447M x2 and Gates 9360

A/C Idler Adjustable Tension Pulley - 88440-26090
Idler Pulley - 16603-66010
Radiator Coolant Hoses (HPS Silicone Performance) - 57-1218-BLK
Royal Purple Coolant

The whole thing went pretty smoothly and in the end, no runs, no drips and no errors.

The main intent was to address the oil leaks at the crank seal and oil pump cover but while all most all of these things had to come off to access I decided to progress with base-lining things.
The two pulleys were making noise so they had to go. The Radiator, Water Pump, Thermostat and Fan Clutch were all "you might as wells". Now I at least know the history of the parts. The good/used parts will go on the shelf so maybe someone in a pinch can have a part if needed. Big fan of "Paying it forward".

I had planned on replacing all the cooling system lines with the new silicone but the HPS kit I got is missing one of the preformed lines so until I can do them all, just stuck with the main coolant hoses.

Still have to sort out the EGR issue and when I have time, the lift and all new bushings everywhere.

I had a set of new BFG AT KO2's installed (285's), finally drilled and wired up my dashboard I've had sitting around for nearly 4 years, and took a trip to Wickenberg to pickup 90lbs of lamb meat to test out the tires. LOVE those tires, they ride like a dream with my Icon shocks!

A guy named Skip Nippress in Tempe made it for me. I had seen Shannon's waaaaay back and called Skip to make one for me. He used my console to build it from. I drilled thr switch holes (really need a drill Press) :)

PM me for his contact info.

Pulled the roof rack off of my "new to me" 2004 LC. Looking forward to future improvements.

Picked it up Wednesday. Only 133k miles. Yes, it's not the official CSC color.

Thanks to @medtro for tracking down a nice 100 series for me.

Thanks, guys!

selling the 91 ?

Not selling the '91. At least not for a while. I've got a lot into setting it up for my go-to wheeling/camping vehicle.

The 100 will be my DD for a while, but might show up on the occasional trip. ;)

soon there will be a lift & tires. I've seen this before and know how it ends :D lol

Lift and tires are already in planning stages, and being reviewed by finance manager :princess:.

We have two black 100s now, Richard and Prescott.

Great choice for family trips.
