What are the long term affects of running a mix of E85& 87 octane (2 Viewers)

What MarkW said. (not the math part). E85 is OK in a sealed/pressurized EFI system, but it is not good in a suction fuel system at high density altitude.

Also, it is hell on old rubber FP diaphragms, fuel hoses, mild steel fuel lines and carb bits.
