Order Picker / General Warehouse Associate (Cashmere)
Cashmere WA Company is seeking an Order Picker / Warehouse Associate to join our team.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
Ability to navigate through a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment in which information may come from multiple sources and deadlines may change
Ability to maintain good attendance record
Self-motivated and able to work within a small team atmosphere as well as unsupervised
Strong written and oral communication as well as high attention to detail and proficient math skills
Time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Professional and positive work ethic
Essential functions, (but not limited to);
Pick and pack general orders
Process orders for shipping
Maintain levels of pick area
Organize bulk area
Assist with inventory control
Receiving and processing returns
Cross train in other areas of shipping floor / Kit Room and other projects & duties as assigned
Additional requirements:
Previous warehouse and related equipment experience preferred but not necessary
Prolonged standing, bending and twisting
Ability to climb ladders and/or work at heights up to 20 feet
Ability to lift, and carry, up to 50+ lbs. regularly, using proper technique
