it is not in the US market. Japan or other markets.

That said, regular FIPG would work fine IMO.

Do it yourself a with silicone or rubber hose. Don't bother with a OEM part that could be at an exorbitant price !!

Just picked up two new Gates brand alternator / fan belts for the HZJ73.

1HZ / 1HD-T GENERATOR BELT
GATES PART# 70395

Edit: Gates PN 7395 (incorrectly noted above as 70395) is incorrect for the 1HZ. I removed the worn out 15406 and wasn't able to find at Autozone or Advance Auto but 15405 was available and it fit fine. However 15406 WAS available at Napa, for 2x the cost. I believe the length is denoted by the numbers and the difference is either 40.5" vs 40.6" or 5405mm vs 5406mm.
