Ok so now that I am cleared to start walking again I am going to try and get a few rust spots that are popping up taken care of before the real weather hits.

First on the agenda is small rust spots on the edge of the upper tailgate. I remember helping @RAYJON remove one on @krokarthecrooked donor truck and there is a wiring harness that goes in-between the headliner and the roof. I remember that it was a bitch to get out so wondering if anyone has some tips on that? Figure I will take both upper and lower gates and possibly the lower weatherstrip sill (bottom lip) that is completely rusted out. So anyone done anything like this on their 60s?

I ignore the rust on mine. Anytime i patch stuff i usually put a dent in it somewhere else then i get depressed...

If you can kill it with a rust converter and seal it up, its a lot easier than a patch panel in non-structural areas.
