I will be in Canada during the September meeting so I'm disseminating this information here instead of during the meeting. The following possibly relevant points were raised:
1. Banners will be available for use at events (they will be mailed to any club that needs them).
2. The Sep/Oct 2016 issue of Toyota Trails is printing today.
3. Trail rig photos are needed for Toyota Trails. If there are any new members or members with new rigs, there is a spot in each issue to profile the rigs of such members. Deadline for submissions for the Nov-Dec issue 9/15/16.
4. Fall Crawl information was sent to Karie Farr, and the TLCA web site will highlight the event (consensus on our date was arrived at too late for inclusion in Toyota Trails).
5. Elections for TLCA officers will open in October, close in Nov. and be announced in Dec. (not all positions will be up for election: President and Middle States VP and a few others). Feel free to send in nominations.
