A couple of nice Toyotas came in yesterday.

One was a 1997 40th anniversary sage colored LC with only 53,000 miles. (no pictures) no lockers in case you were just wondering.

The other is this 1993 MR2 in just gorgeous condition. All original owned by a older woman who bought it new. non turbo, no modifications - even no tint. in excellent garaged condition in the hard to find light blue.

Just thought Id post up for like minded Toyotaheads who apprecaite clean older models.

Of course, both people have neighbors, friends, and (me) asking to be put in line for when they sell them...:D

Like the lady with the 40th anniversary turbo Supra that said she would never sell it but someone offered up some money that she couldnt refuse...

Theres a selling price for anything, right!? :hmm: Even our beloved Lc's if the amount is high enough :D (not that Im buying, dont get me wrong, just an observation)

Clean all original Supra TT are going for crazy cash. I saw one sell for 50k not to long ago. I think it had around 30k miles.

Clean all original MR2 turbo can be also costly. I regularly see low mileage ones sell in to teens. Rare colors go for a good bit more. Along the lines of the MR2 turbo the TRD parts if you can find them are a pretty penny now. There was a TRD wide body kit offered back in the mid 90's and if you can find one that is used its around 10k just for the body kit.

Sorry to jump on your thread.. but thought I'd share some old clean Toyotas... of course these are from the Toyota Museum in Torrance, Ca. (Next to Toyota USA HDQ)

Not classic Toyotas but cool classics in their own right

This independant car carrier came by to pick up a car today from the dealership and had a few goodies on the rack: a 32 rod, a 50's Cord and an all original Lincoln in the back.

Suprised they werent in enclosed trailers but what the heck. The Cord has frenched in modern headlights and frenched stock taillights, shaved handles, linked rear, etc.

nice rides for custom / classic car fans ~

2 door 1990 4runner 14.5K

Here is a 1990 2 door 4Runner with only 14,500 miles on it. It must of been stored somewhere good, the rubber and plastics are still in very good condition.

The wife insisted if she was going to drive it she wanted it purple

^^^ Sad

Guessing that is an OEM color?

It would be a sweet deal if it were white.:hillbilly:

a 1988 Toyota Camry. I know....Camry's arent super exciting, but this car made the list due to being in ridiculously good shape. The owner only has 37K on it and keeps it in a climate controlled garage 98% of it's life. All original, literally looks like off the showroom floor.

Almost like when they find a prehistoric creature in the oxygen free peat bog :hillbilly:

And they drove it on a rainy day.
