sputtering 350

    After i turn my cruisers ignition off it continues to sputter and barely run sometimes for up to a minute. So what is my problem? The engine is a 350 small block with a 4 barrel edelbrock carb.

    You're timing is off more than likely sounds like its retarded a few degrees.JUST LOOSEN THE DIST. A LITTLE AND MOVE IT CLOCKWISE ABOUT A 1/4" AND SEE IF BETTER MOVE MORE.IJUST TIME MINE BY EAR AND LEAVE THE DIST. JUST A HARE LOOSE JUST SO I CAN BEARLY TURN IT DIFFERENT BRANDS OF GAS MAKES THEM RUN A LITTLE DIFFERENT AND MINE IS TEMPERMENTAL LIKE THE HARLEY OH THATS RIGHT I'VE GOT A BIGGER CAM IN THE CRUISER THAN THE BIKE HOPE THIS HELPS
