Everything looks good to me except for your rear shackle setup, do explain why you do it this way.


Are you using any kind of traction bar in the back?

If so, Wishbone style or ladder style?
 
what did you use for a front drive shaft, mine binds right now, and thats with stock spings!  i would appreciate it.
if the stock one binds you might have to go to a cv setup

are you running a stock tranny/trans?

some transfercase adapters for an sm420 turn the t-case down a bit which gives better angles

My freind did a spring over on a stock 77fj40 and for the rear he turned the pinion up towards the t-case and used a front CV driveshaft from a fj60 and it worked great for the front he just left the stock one in and it worked ok..
 
I'm not running any traction bar in the rear. The aftermarket springs have thicker leaves than the stock ones and are less prone for spring wrap. Also a light foot on the throttle doesn't hurt. It is one thing that I'm keeping my eye on though.
