I ended up ordering the Ford 250/300 Rosen visor system that has the larger lenses. FYI the mounts are fixed but the angle appears to be correct.

I do not have the part number ....I think you should just call Dan at Rosen....instead of trying to make sense of the engineering schematics... I'm still confused as to what exactly you guys are trying to determine.... 6 or 7 of us have ordered them and are happy with the fit. If you're looking for something different you should contact Rosen

It appears that the 17.4" may be the way to go. The 18.824 looks too long to me.

When inquiring about the 16.71" size, here is the response I got...

"I just went through all of the existing lens drawings and none of them have an overall length of 16.71”. It could be something that was discontinued a while back. Right now all we have to offer are he lenses already discussed. Thanks.

Got the standard size and they have plenty of coverage. Install was simple - use the existing screws not the ones they send with it. Just tucked the 12v wires into the hole since there are connectors on them, should not be an issue.

Torque the various friction/movement points pretty tight and it will stay wherever you put it without moving or bouncing.

When installing, instead of 100% vertical - I installed the posts a bit canted towards the front of the vehicle and it seemed to tuck them in closer to the windscreen - slightly cleaner install I think - but I am only talking about a couple of degrees.

The one thing that was tough was getting the set screws loose so the post angle can be set. Nearly snapped the little hex wrench.

I think the stock size is perfect. Too long and it's a pain to go from front to side and not hit you in the face each time. Besides, it extends out on a rail so I can put it anywhere I want it. Far more coverage options than stock visor.

Ok so I talked to the guys at rosen. It appears the group buy price is still available. For the guys with these, do you like the 15 or 16.71 size. I am leaning towards the 15 stock size. The 16.71 I'd 60 dollars more.

Here is the contact info. I ordered the standard lenses. PN: 7S10075-03. I spoke with Dan about the order. They ship from Oregon. As above he matched the group buy price. He states another set of lenses at the time was $60 so if i decide i want bigger lenses in the future I can call up and order. Here is his contact info. Around a 2 wk turnaround. Thanks @NLXTACY for the info.

bumping this for newer folks - I had a set in my old 80 and just ordered up a set for the new one - a great solution to the floppy visors and upgrade !

I have a new set of tan visors purchased from the dealership years ago. Have them in my closet wrapped up. Was waiting for mine to sag really bad but just sold the LC few months ago

How much you want for the pair? You can PM me.

BILT4ME, I just started a conversation with you

Let’s bump this old thread right up, I just installed mine a few minutes ago. The OEM visors kicked the bucket an embarrassingly long time ago, but I just couldn’t bring myself to pay 200.bills for them. I fooled around with some off an LS, and some Tundra ones but I hate partial solutions, so last week after driving into the sun to and from work every single day, I called Rosen Friday. They were delivered today, and took less than five minutes to install. As many have noted, the supplied screws don’t fit, but I still had the original ones, so problem solved. I wonder what the supplied screws do fit?

@mellowdave looks great!! What did you pay for them? Part number? Looking at these as well!

Sorry to jump in on an older thread but does someone have a link to a standard replacement visor? I can't find anything in rock auto, amazon or general google. These look cool but I want to see if there is a more standard option.
