Checked with a tint shop by work this afternoon. I just bought my LX a month ago and apparently it already has tint on it. They are telling me, that to do it right I would have to pull off the old first. I'm afraid of what the results will be, so I'm going to deal with the status quo for now. Thanks @ScottyD.

All 9 sheets have been sold. I put in a call to the supplier that I got the tint from a year ago so there might be a chance that I could get some more since there still seems to be a need for it. When I hear back from him I'll post the results.
