Anyone know how difference there is in the OME firm and medium shocks?

I am running Rancho 5000 now and presume the mediums would be an upgrade from these, thoughts?

I run the OME 850/864s with N73e/N74 firm shocks and can tell you that I love the ride. Much better than stock; without being harsh or beating you to death.

I'd highly recommend the firm shocks.
