It stood up to some serious wind and rain out in the back country, got rolled up wet. Took it out at home to dry it out and a small gust in the driveway broke two of the bars be cause it wasn't staked down yet.. Bummed that I have to build new joints now..

I ordered some ARB steps a few months ago and they finically came in, thanks cruiseroutfitters!, bolted on the driver side just fine and started on the passenger side.. The cats were in the way so I made a delete pipe for it and bob's your uncle she is back together..

I need to adjust the PS side step it is touching the body in the front and has the same gap at the back that the DS has the entire length.. not sure what is causing the misalignment.. May just add a spacer to the front mount of the step. Thoughts? i will post up some pictures this evening.

So I picked up some new bumper parts.. They will be sitting on shelf for a little bit, but here is a teaser.

so i was unable to get the cast Al bits that broke out of the extruded piece so i pushed them deeper so the printed part could go in.

Any progress with the rear bumper yet?

Great thread, having the foxwing part 3d printed is a very cleaver idea and i wondered if you might be open to sharing the file?

Regards

Bryson, I am making some headway... in getting the garage wired for my big welder which will lead to the bumper getting some love. probably October..

I am trying to decide on running 2 AWG or 4 AWG for the panel in the garage. 4 is enough but something about 2 is attractive but the cost for 2 is double that of 4.. what to do what to do..

So I started out with a Pitched roof plan and once I put up the first truss i didn't like it.. and my wife came home and said "that is huge! I am not sure i like it.." so i opted for my original idea of a flat-ish roof. which i am very happy with..
the 3rd pic shows the difference between the flat and pitched height.

So, I printed it out of PolyCarb which is strong for plastic but i don't think it will hold up like i want it to.. we'll see. did you break one?

So a while back I installed arb steps, they wouldn't fit with the cats. I didn't do much investigating when I decided to order them.. Any way I ended up cutting out the cats so I could have the steps, later decided that I needed new exhaust that tucks the muffler up and also goes over frame. Got exhaust for my birthday very happy with it..
Magnaflow y pipe, 2.5" pipes and a magnaflow muffler..
