I have update on shipping of ordered parts in my Hand throttle thread.
 
I finally got around to installing mine. Like Akella said they do not fit exactly like the stock horns. I wasn't satisfied with the way they hung down, so I adjusted the brackets so they fit more like the originals. Overall I am happy with them, they sound like the horns on mid 70s domestics

I have LS400 horns, plug & play, sound and look about the same, but no sticker. Off a wreck, ~$15 at the pick&pull.:hillbilly:
 
Best cheap fix for bleating sheep syndrome: go to a pick and pull and grab some horns off some old (70's era) American iron. Old Caddy horns are simply excellent, but most american cars from that era had very good horns.
