I'd be interested in all the 100-series stuff. Did you ever figure out the driveline vibration? Is that why you got rid of it and got the Jeep? I've got one if I go over 65 and it seems to be setting up some sort of harmonic frequency vibration as it is not just a constant vibration.
I'll take those tires all 5. Perfect to see if they'll work on my tow rig
Let me know where, I'll see when I can be there
Being retired, does that mean you'll have more time to hang out with the gang?
The vibration was most noticeable during heavy acceleration, then while maintaining speed up a steep hill, also when accelerating with the camper trailer attached. I had installed OME springs for about a 2" lift, and also the Slee diff drop kit. I finally decided that the issue was the angle of the front drive shaft angles with respect to the front diff changing under the above conditions, all of which will raise the front of the truck. Dave Lawrence mentioned that he had heard of others which had suffered the same symptoms. So I think every 100 series part I am selling is the result of trying to find the source of the problem. And yes, I did buy the Jeep to get away from that issue. And the Jeep has surprised me, as I have had no issues at all. Unless you consider the visual issues of fit and finish.
So Marc, please give me a phone call. I have to post my phone on this forum, but it is already on this link, under Placitas:
