Here is how I made the inner ring work and how the outer ring sets in the last pic is it all fully tightened up and installed

So to follow-up, the injectors you sent me have a regular hole in the inlet, not that little diverter. I was wrong in my last post.

Replaced the front seals and bearings. Also came across the dodge bearing retainer is thicker then the Chevy one where it goes into the trans and the bolt holes were off a bit so I reamed out the holes and then we chucked the retainer into my grandpas metal lathe and machined it down to the same as the Chevy one. Needless to say it all worked and this nv4500 has officially been converted to go behind a Cummins

Not working out of town anymore so more time for the rig and ubforently broke my phone and finally the new one came in so here's that update. Bell housing adapter should be here Friday. Decided against the h1 wheels and got a set of H2 wheels. Just ordered a set of pro comp mt2 37x12.50 17s and they should be here Friday also. Got one of my sliders on and done. Ordering an atlas t case next week. Its about there I dare say

Love the H2 wheels. You are doing a full-width D60, right? Can you show me approximately how far out from the fender that the outer lip of the wheel is?

Yes I am and yes I can do that. Its sucked in a little bit more then the h1 wheels and is actually the same with as my dads rig with MT wheels and 2 inch spacers

4.5" is quite a bit sticking out, but damn does that look good.

Finally got some free time and got the trans in and cross member built next step is floor cutting for the t case. Also got alot more wiring knocked out!
