72 Fj40. The po has a shoddy connector running the white small power wire from the battery. It lost connection while driving and shut me down in the road. Jumped out and reconnected and made it home.....then the truck will not shut down. With the key in the off position and and the switch removed from the 4 wire harness I still have power to all systems. Would this be a sign of a bad switch. When I move the key to the off position the power is less but not off. If i run the heater fan it drops in rpm with the key in the off position by about 40%. I can start with out problem. From what I have read here there is not much in the system past the switch.
