that's not a Toyota part number-maybe Specter.

You have two choices:
buy new bare line and double flare your old cleaned up 9mm x 1.0 fittings onto it.
or
replace (tap out?) unions on brake cylinder to the metric standard 10mm x 1.0 pitch and drive on down to Napa for a new line with fittings.

the chances of: getting a used line with good fittings shipped intact to you are astronomical.

I purchased most of my brake lines and fittings from the dealer, its all still available through Toyota and the prices aren't much different from Spectre or Man A Fre.
