Rear drum brake on '82 FJ40 is binding. Can't adjust it out so that I can remove drum to replace. I've sprayed WD40 all through it - no luck. Any ideas?

Been there, done that 
I had the best luck sitting down directly in front of the drum with two big hammers. I just started wacking the drum at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock. Keeping doing it, going back and forth. It will eventually start to break free. Like I said, just keep doing it and keep spraying the drum with PB Blaster or Liquid Wrench. Good luck!

A torch to heat the drum works well. But may not be a good idea since wd40 is flammable.
