Diy Roll bar fab (1 Viewer)

Anyone have any suggestions of how to fab a roll bar for a 91 s10 blazer with out a pipe bender?

Its gunna be a pain but one way is to make a jig on a table and heat the pipe to were you can bend it.its gunna be hard to mirror the angles but draw lines on the table and bend them to that Mark good luck

I know this thread is old but i just found it and would love to see if you finished it.

Without a bender I'd cut everything out of straight pieces with a cut-off (chop saw) and gusset the bejesus out of it.
