Love that added window on doors.
Thanks. Less of a blind spot. Some tasteful liberties taken. The doors are awesome and I know an elusive item...the SOR recreated door seals work great- fit very well.

You need to bring that to Lone Star Cruiser Roundup in March.......gourgeous

hi, finally my Fj25 is at my home, I bought it a few months ago but couldn’t pick it up earlier, serial 0FJ25-22208, Does not have original motor, has an adapted GM 6 cel engine with original transmission, which is in very bad shape, missing front shaft and front differential missing a cover and not connected to transfer case, it’s missing a lot of parts but I think rust-wise is still in good shape for a restoration, my plan so far is to buy another Toyota 4x4 like an old or not too old 4Runner and use more modern parts to make it a very usable 4x4 rig, it has original invoice from a Mexico City Toyota dealer with invoice number 001, from 1961 so I think it has great history since these vehicles are very rare in Mexico and most of the other fj40 there are, are imported from US, this being sold at a Toyota dealership in Mexico is very rare, since Toyota closed its dealerships in 1964 due to government stricter regulations on imported cars.
I own and operate a fabrication shop with laser cutting and powder coating so it will be a great project to start disasembly to frame off, and sand blast it to bare metal. Would be great to hear tips from the pros here at the forum, will start a build thread soon.
