I want program my Yaesu VX-6R with Chirp using a Mac running OS X 10.11.6. Has anyone done this? If so, what programming cable did you use?

Thanks - Seth

Can't help with the cable, but I've used the Prolific Technology PL2303 Mac OS X Universal Binary Driver v1.6.0 on a Mac running OS 10.11.2 to get Chirp on the Mac to talk to my Baofeng radios.

Chirp wiki says Chirp may not work with the Yaesu cable supplied by RTSystems. I ordered a one of the suggested cables. Waiting for it it to arrive.
