Can anyone ID this engine (1 Viewer)

So while I was riding around in the middle of nowhere, I came across this engine and immediately noticed the TEQ symbol. I thought is was cool so I snapped a few pics. Looks like its been there for a while. I was tight on time so didn't unearth the block number but I will have a better look next time I'm out that way.

So, does anyone have any ideas.

It looks like an early M series engine. Maybe M, M-E, or 2M?

I think those were the only motors that were straight 6, overhead cam, and had a timing chain all in the same motor. Maybe from a Crown or Corona.
