Heading east... any must sees? I'm not sure where we'll cut over, hope to be in a decent camp spot tomorrow night, maybe close to Bend. Taking the bikes and food and stuff. Totally open to suggestions.

Checked out the Newberry Crater stuff, Benham falls and the High Desert Museum. The museum is impressive and more than a days worth of info. The displays and documentation were excellently done. We tried to go to the cave but it was full. I was looking at the map and there are a bunch of ice caves up in that area. Just around east lake and Paulina there are some cool mt. Bike trails. I didn't see any evidence of 4wd stuff but a lot of dusty dirt roads and power line tracks
