Autoloc CA4000 install help - keyless w/alarm (1 Viewer)

Ok guys i'm the middle of my install I need some help with the wiring.

I scanned in wiring diagram that came with the kit. I almost have it down.

1. My Remote control reciever has 2 fuses? Diagram show's only one?

2. I have the horn wires to connect (not on diagram) and the kit has 2 relays where I'm not sure where those go?

I guess I'm missing the wiring diagram where it say's optional (upper left), so any help would be be appreciated.
