Anyone know why the Nitro Xtreme rear diff cover won't work for a full floating axle? (1 Viewer)

I see that following says it is for semi-float only:

I'm curious if anyone knows why?

Also, do these other covers have the same limitation?:

A full floater doesn't have a removable cover.

FF axles don't have a bolt on cover... It's welded on like the front axle.

My confusion is because I inherited some custom axles. The rear axle does have a removable rear cover, but it is a full floater (axle shafts are splined at both ends and it has Warn hubs). So I guess the Nitro cover will work for this setup.
