I saw a 'cruiser I hadn't seen before today. South Chandler around Gilbert and Chandler Blvd. Powder Blue, hard half doors, black full soft top, rear mounted tire carrier swingout and rear winch. Never saw the front other than when he turned onto Chandler Blvd. Custom front bumper, too. Looked like early 70s, had bottom swing-out doors no tailgate. Anyone seen this before?
