Hi,

I have a 1996 LX450.
I did notice that the truck is not that responsive to the throttle as before.
So I did a test with the 2nd Start button! and I can see the RPM goes to 2k and the speed still zero and the car is moving slowly until the until RPM hit 2.5K then it's start to have more response and wheel moving... the Fluid is red no burning smell.

What else it can be? my mechanic said it's the a worn Trans disc.
So what else it can be and what is the different step to diagnostic it?

I'm running 35s with stock gearing! one more details if help: when on highway when I reach the 4th gear the speed stuck at 50 mph and won't go more (just RPM keep increasing)

Thank you

A.
