2F Valve Adjustment ? (1 Viewer)

Got the rebuilt 2F back in the 75 FJ40 and am a few evenings from getting it started :wave:
When you adjust the valves do you line up the arrow to the ball or the line on the flywheel? :dunno:
I will readjust the valves after the motor starts and I have a chance to warm it up but I want it to be close when I start it.

Use the line, it indicates top dead canter. The ball is for ignition timing. :givemebeer:
