Edit. Looking for the 1HD-FT sticker which goes on the timing belt cover. Perhaps someone has one in their personal stash, otherwise will get the 1HD-FTE one as noted below and do a bit of surgery.

The 1HD-FTE engine decal is available: 11291-17050. I would buy that and carefully slice off the E.
