Johnny
I still have the FST and doors as well as the tailgate. I got a chance to work on the suspension thisweekend.

Nice truck!

Please tell me you still have the bows to the FST and the doors

Tailgate still intact?

You are going back to a factory soft top ... Correct?

Your build is coming along nicely!
My goal is still still have it look like a Landcruiser not a chopped up rock crawler. When it has a top on it it will be the factory soft top and doors

I got the LS motor pulled out of the truck and started mocking it up. Need to figure out where the upper control arms are going to go.

Lol those are the replacements to the blown speakers in the shop. I have a friend who puts the audio system's In movie theaters. And he brings over the old speakers... the cruiser will sit 5" taller

Hadn't posted any photos in a while. I got a lot done since the last post. finished the front four link, finished the motor mounts for the third time and
made a transmission mount.

I think I got the ride height just about where I want it.
now its time to make some shock towers.

At full compression everything is super tight but I think we got enough clearance.

Motor is going together nice. Enough ARP bolts and studs to fund a small house

I'm thinking it may need another cross member or two in the frame. the transmission mount bolts from side to side but im thinking it may need more. Any thoughts on this?

I like it so far. Nice wheels and tires and what can I say, I love the 4 link. You mentioned that you went to high school in 85, that makes you the same age as me and I am still sporting the chrome cragen wagon wheels, spring under suspension on my 40. In fact it looks like your first picture. Maybe I need to upgrade to wheels like yours and a 4 link and lose my mullet and stop listening to Def Leopard:hmm: Enjoying your build. Keep the photos and info coming.
