    SOR says '62-'71 for fitment.

These will be done in OE Coral or OE Pewter that I have had reproduced by a vinyl mill.

These will be 4 pieces, drivers back and bottom and passenger back and bottom. Also known a 60/40 split bench. They will have the top stitching and I will offer a smooth version as well, but the top stitch will be more forgiving and durable. Will have 1/2 scrim foam under the seat face and use foam welt cord.

The will also come with the pre made welt for the seat backs. This is the vinyl that goes around the covers on the back of the seats and original piece shown in my pictures below.

    Thanks guys!

    Thanks Shane

    Shane,

I think there would be some 45 guys interested in these.I would love some for my 45, I think the only difference is the cut out for the fuel filler,so 'I guess you would need a 45 pass seat for a template?

Yes I would need one as a template. Thanks for adding that little part of info.

I also need rear jump seats that are decent for a pattern.

    Shane,
Put me in for 2 sets.....one for my 65 FJ40 and one for my 67 FJ45 when you get the 45 pattern sorted out. 300 is a good price for the quality you turn out.

Will you supply the hardware at a additional cost?

Whats the price on matching jump seat covers and hardware??

    Thanks again.

    Shane,
I would love to pick up a set of these for the resto. I am doing on my '62 FJ40, but my concern is aren't the seat covers (atleast the front) on '61-62' FJ40s different from those '63-'71? It seems to me they are more similiar to those in a FJ25?

I am glad that you are getting to these. Please count me in for a pewter set for my 7/69. When do you need $$$? I have emailed you pictures in the past and will still offer up my original seat backs and another set of SOR covers if you need them for a pattern. Let me know. Thanks, Brendon

I personally have no idea what the differences are, I am using SOR as my guide and other than that I have no idea what is correct or what is not. I can telL you lots from '77 up.

    Thanks man!

Do you by chance have a FJ45 pass seat cover I could have to make a template?

I will be making the jump seats as well, no idea on pricing as they are a tad more complex on the corners, and still looking for a set to patter.

Any thoughts? I am color stupid.

update: ordered coral with advice given. Looking forward to seeing product. Thanks Shane.

my only question is the larger rib in the center. can she make all the rib stitches even and put the extra space on the edges? it's like she started on the edges and not the centers. does this make sense?

makes sense, but we used new SOR covers for patterns.

I can't tell you what brain damage it is to change, and I was hoping no one would notice:eek:
