i want to have an OEM but a big tire. Can anyone shed light on this or know of a company that can fabricate them?

After some research on this very topic, I finally contacted Stockton wheel. They say if you send them the 40 hubcap, they can use one of their steel wheels with correct hub bore, offset, and bolt pattern. One of the things I like about them doing it is they have a large selection to work with. Chevy steelies for example have too large of a center inner raised circle where the cap wont fit over it properly.

They would then weld on tabs onto the wheel to hold the stock hubcap on.

I would really like to see the finished product if you come up with it. You may be limited to a 15 possibly due to the small diameter of the hubcap?
For $17 for a new Toyota FJ40 cap and some shipping to CA, it would be worth the experiment.
