100 series cutting out (1 Viewer)

I have a 100 series with a 2uz.It cuts out when it gets hot.The engine light and vsc light came on.When i try to start it it sonds like it is cross firing and it keeps cranking even when i let go of the key.I checked the crank sensor and it was faulty. I replaced it and when i started it the lights went out.You beauty i thought. I Took it for a long drive and i thought it was good but had pull up at road works and it stalled but this time the engine light just flashed and no traction lights on.Has anyone had the same issue. I was thinking of disconnecting the battery incase the computers memory is still alive even if there are no codes.
